Appeal against a decline decision
If you’ve been declined due to incorrect information, or if your circumstances have changed, let us know. All appeals are looked at by our lending team to double check our decision.
You’ll need to share supporting documents or evidence relevant to your appeal.
Before you appeal a decision
- This process is to appeal against a decline for a loan, overdraft, current account, credit card, or credit card limit increase.
- If your details have changed recently, you’ll need to update them before appealing. Find out how to 'Update details'
- We can only look at decisions made within the last 30 days.
- We might have to run another credit check if you launch an appeal.
