Approve an online payment

Follow these steps to approve an online payment using the TSB Mobile Banking App.

Step 1

Log in to the app and tap Payments to approve

Step 2

Tap Approve Payment

Step 3

Confirm it’s you, using your face, fingerprint or password

Step 4

Go back to the seller’s site and tap continue to finish your payment.
