Here’s how to request statements, see your balance, amend your Direct Debits, and more.
If you're thinking about paying off your mortgage, a redemption statement will tell you how much you owe.
It’ll also show any early repayment or closing administration charges on your account.
You can ask for a redemption statement on the app, online, or over the phone. Here’s how:

You should receive this statement within 2 working days.

The easiest way to find your mortgage balance is by using TSB’s Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking. You can also ask for it over the phone or in branch.

Log into Internet Banking to see your mortgage transactions and current balance.

At a TSB branch
You’ll need to bring some ID – ideally your TSB debit card and PIN. If you don’t have one, bring your passport or driving licence. Find your nearest branch.
Certificate of interest
A certificate of interest shows you the interest charged to your mortgage for the requested period.
Interim statement
An interim statement will provide you with a transaction history for the requested period.
Closing statement
A closing statement will show you transaction history confirming the balance on either part or all of your mortgage is now zero.
Duplicate annual statement
Your annual mortgage statement is sent to you each year between January and April, or if you took a mortgage after 1st June 2010, on the anniversary of your mortgage start date.

One-off payment

If you’re thinking about changing your payment method from repayment to interest-only, please call us on 0800 056 1088.
To do this, you’ll need to provide evidence of your repayment plan. Interest-only mortgages are only available when the amount of the loan is less than 75% of our latest valuation of the property.
